I’m Brett Morris, and my mission is to empower individuals to transform their lives through personal training and mindset coaching. My journey of personal growth is a testament to the power of resilience and the life-changing philosophy of Erase and Replace.

For years, I faced personal setbacks and life’s toughest challenges. I endured divorce, job loss, and confinement to a bed on disability. These hardships didn’t define me—they ignited a spark within me to change.

Through the Erase and Replace philosophy, I began the process of letting go of destructive habits and replacing them with meaningful goals and healthier routines. I found purpose in running, eventually challenging myself to complete 1,000 miles in a single year—a journey that taught me the importance of having goals, staying consistent, and moving toward something better every day. Each step became a reminder that growth and change are possible, even in the face of adversity.

As a certified personal trainer, life coach, and nutrition coach, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others find the same transformation I’ve experienced. My approach blends physical training with personalized strategies for mental and emotional goal setting, guiding individuals toward lasting success in every aspect of life.


My coaching is rooted in four pillars:


  1. Health and Fitness: Using my background in personal training, I create tailored fitness and nutrition plans to support both physical recovery and mental health.
  2. Mindset and Behavior Change: I help clients adopt the tools and mindset needed to erase limiting beliefs and replace them with empowering behaviors.
