Life Coaching and Personal Training sessions

 

Each session is designed to give you focused, personalized guidance in the area you need most. Whether it’s personal training, life coaching, weight loss support, nutrition coaching, or sobriety coaching, we’ll dedicate each session to one specific topic to ensure you get the most out of your time.

All pricing includes any of these services, but sessions remain focused, if we’re training, we’re not life coaching; if we’re working on nutrition, we’re not in the gym. This structure ensures that every session is purposeful, giving you clear direction and real progress in the area you choose to focus on.


 PT Session Structure


  • Stretching: Every Session begins with stretching. We’ll incorporate dynamic or static stretches tailored to your needs, ensuring your muscles are ready for the exercises ahead.
  • Warm-Up: After stretching we will warm up with some light cardio to prepare your body, increase circulation, and reduce the risk of injury.
  • Exercise: The core of the session will focus on exercises designed to help you achieve your specific goals, whether they’re strength, endurance, flexibility, or recovery-focused.
  • Stretching: Every Session Ends with stretching. We’ll incorporate dynamic or static stretches tailored to your needs, ensuring your muscles are relaxed for the rest of your day.


Personalized Approach

Your sessions are not one-size-fits-all. Using the insights gathered during your initial consultation, I’ll create a plan that aligns with your fitness level, personal preferences, and goals. Whether you’re focusing on improving strength, or building new habits, every detail is tailored to your unique journey.

1 Session - $40

 For every 10 training sessions, you will get 1 free.

Sobriety And Personal Training

1 Month - Paid up front

4 Sessions - $125

8 Sessions - $225 (Most Popular) 



Health Nutrition and personal Training

Subscription Based

 A 6-month subscription offers ongoing access at a discounted rate, with benefits like personalized plans, extra content, continuous support, and priority scheduling. Everything over 12 Sessions is $25 a session.
