All pricing includes any of these services, but sessions remain focused, if we’re training, we’re not life coaching; if we’re working on nutrition, we’re not in the gym. This structure ensures that every session is purposeful, giving you clear direction and real progress in the area you choose to focus on.
Your sessions are not one-size-fits-all. Using the insights gathered during your initial consultation, I’ll create a plan that aligns with your fitness level, personal preferences, and goals. Whether you’re focusing on improving strength, or building new habits, every detail is tailored to your unique journey.
1 Session - $40
For every 10 training sessions, you will get 1 free.
4 Sessions - $125
8 Sessions - $225 (Most Popular)
A 6-month subscription offers ongoing access at a discounted rate, with benefits like personalized plans, extra content, continuous support, and priority scheduling. Everything over 12 Sessions is $25 a session.
